Reading of the United States Declaration of Independence

To honor America and the freedoms we all enjoy, and to celebrate the significance of Independence Day, members of the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association (TCDLA) and the Medina County Bar Association(MCBA) will gather on the steps of the Medina County Courthouse at NOON, on Monday July 3rd, for a formal reading of the United States Declaration of Independence. The public is encouraged to attend. The annual ceremony is part of a statewide effort by local criminal defense lawyers groups affiliated with the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association (TCDLA). This year, members of TCDLA have volunteered to hold readings in each of the 254 county seats of our Great State.
